MAIN PURPOSE
OF&EM is looking for an enthusiastic and expert Global Marketing Communications Lead, to own the marketing communications strategy for the Refrigerants business unit and translate its commercial priorities into an integrated, measurable MarCom plan.
This role will play a key part in proactively shaping go-to-market for the BU partnering with Sales, Product and BU leadership to convert technical and regulatory complexity into compelling, customer-led value propositions.
The ideal candidate combines a strong strategic mindset with a customer-centric approach and an openness to innovation, complemented by a data-driven attitude and the ability to work effectively in a global, cross-functional environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy & business partnership
Own and evolve the BU-aligned MarCom strategy; translate business priorities into messaging, positioning and communications plans.
Act as a true marketing partner to Business Development — proposing plans, shaping go-to-market and implementing them
Drive a market-led approach
Establish KPIs, measure ROI and provide measurable, data-driven insights back to the business.
Content, storytelling & product commercialization
Lead content development and storytelling, translating complex technical/regulatory topics into clear customer messaging.
Own product launch and commercialization communications for the refrigerants portfolio.
Create collateral autonomously and steward the BU brand across channels.
Digital, analytics & AI
Own the BU content strategy for the corporate website and the priority social media channels, translating BU and product priorities into a clear, customer-led digital narrative.
Drive digital and demand-generation activity in partnership with the Digital Strategy & Campaign team.
Establish KPIs, measure ROI and provide measurable, data-driven insights back to the business
PR, media & external presence
Coordinate PR agencies to identify press and trade-association opportunities, build media contacts, and drive articles, coverage and follow-up.
Serve as category communications champion, representing the BU internally and externally.
Events & agencies
Define event and campaign objectives
Partner with the internal business functions involved for operational delivery; direct regional agencies against clear briefs
Cross-functional collaboration
Work closely with the MarCom team, OF&EM business units, regional teams and business functions, external partners
Support alignment across global stakeholders and ensure consistency in execution
Maintain close contact with the local teams in the country of assignment, providing hands-on support and guidance across their areas of expertise — and more broadly on branding and corporate communications matters.
Our Offer:
The compensation for this position is typically range from $130,000 - $160,000.

The compensation for this position is included above. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
